We work with new and aspiring models: students, creatives, and self-starters who are looking for real opportunities and fair pay. No agencies. No pressure.
Our casting process can be done entirely from home. If selected for a shoot, we’ll schedule it in a city near you, or coordinate travel to the client’s studio. You bring the look — we’ll handle the logistics.
How We Work
Your Path to Getting Scouted
Apply Online or In-Person
Submit a portfolio online, or speak to one of our scouts at our 6 international locations.
Get Reviewed by Our Scouts
We’ll review your look and style. If there’s a fit, we’ll reach out within 1–2 weeks.
Paid Audition Shoot
We’ll ask you to film a paid set of audition reels for our clientele based on your interests. Visit compensation for our current rates.
Get Matched
If a fashion brand wants to work with you, we handle the intro and negotiation. We take a 10% facilitation fee if it leads to a contract or gig.
(Optional) Join Our In-House Team
We shoot our own seasonal campaigns and social ads. If we love your energy, you might get offers for paid internal shoots.
